Swinging and the effect it has on your marital relationship

We've been married over 40 yrs. But, the couple we swing with regularly, he's smaller than me and is so cool!! Many times, I've had men or women approach me and if I don't feel like it, I just say no. Afterwards things can bubble up too—even if it was great. We have been married for a year and a half but together for 5 years. A few months later, on New Year's Eve, we had a hotel room and invited a few people up. I was much more contained.
